Refund & Return Policy

At Evergreen Wear, we believe comfort should feel good in every way; from the moment you open your package tot he way we handle returns. If something doesn't feel quite right, we're here to make it easy.

🌿 First-Time Free Return

We offer free return shipping on your first order - our way of saying thank you for giving us a try. For all future returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

📦 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging
  • Be the wrong item received
  • Or arrive damaged or defective (please include a photo of the issue in your email)

Requests that don't meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty items)

💌 How to Start a Return

Do not send to any addresses on the parcel. It is not the return address.

If your return is accepted, you'll receive a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

💳 Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@evergreenwear.store.

🔁 Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for your preferred style or size once your return is accepted.

⏳ Order cancellation

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase will receive a full refund. To cancel, email hello@evergreenwear.store with subject line “cancel order” and include your order number.

We're unable to process cancellations after 24 hours.
